REFUND POLICY – CURUHJ BEAUTY

1. Overview

At Curuhj Beauty, all services and digital products are created with intention, care, and personalization. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products (HER Alignment, E-Books, Downloads)
 

All digital products are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • HER Alignment Self Care Tracker

  • E-books

  • Digital downloads

  • Guides or journals

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once purchase is completed.

3. Services & Appointments (Makeup Services, Consultations)

All service bookings are subject to the following:

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment

  • Deposits go toward your total service balance

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment

  • Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposit

  • In some cases, full payment may be required for future bookings

4. HER Alignment Guidance Sessions

HER Alignment sessions (including the 15-minute Guidance Call and any future paid sessions) are:

  • Non-refundable once booked

  • Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice

These sessions are time-based and reserved specifically for you, which is why refunds are not offered.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be considered in rare cases at the sole discretion of Curuhj Beauty.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact Curuhj Beauty directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future services

  • Removal of access to digital products
